    Order

    PROCESSING

    Processing your order involves verifying your account information and authorizing your credit card by PayPal, but order status has not yet been updated on the website.

    Please be aware that most orders require 1 business day processing time and are shipped out the following day (weekdays only). Not all orders can be processed within one business day, but we try our best.

    PACKED

    This stage involves the following:
    Receiving any items in your order that need to come from other locations.
    Packing your order for shipment.

    The packing stage is an indication that your order will be shipping soon, or may have already been shipped. You can expect a tracking number by entering the order confirmation no. in our customer service page.

    Please Note! Orders in this status CANNOT be cancelled.

    SHIPPED

    Your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided shortly, if it has not been already. In the customer service page, we will provide the related link (FedEx and DHL) for you and you can use your tracking number(s) to find out where your package is, and how soon to expect it.

    CANCELLED

    The most likely reason you would see this order status term is because you requested that we cancel your order. However, orders containing products with special restrictions that have not been met may be cancelled. In addition, if we email you regarding a problem with your order, but do not hear back from you within 2 days, we will cancel the order.

    Please Note: GoGetBuy.com reserves the right to limit or cancel orders for any reason, including protecting our customers and us against fraud. Orders may be cancelled whenever there is doubt as to the accuracy, truth or validity of information supplied by shoppers. GoGetBuy.com reserves the right to request additional information for order processing purposes if necessary.

    Order Has Already Shipped

    If your order has already been shipped, you will see a tracking number in customer service after you entered the confirmation no. A tracking number allows you to see where your package is and to get an idea of how soon it should arrive. By tracking your package you will be able to see whether something has gone amiss on the shipper's end. If something has gone wrong, contact our customer service department immediately at (+852) 2276 6800, so we can help rectify the situation.

    Order Has Not Shipped

    Make sure you are aware of the product's processing time. In Stock products require 1 full business day processing time. (Please Note! We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.) Some products require additional processing time, such as 2-3 business days or more.

    If an order is outstanding for more than 2 days, we will automatically cancel it without notification.

    Missing Something from an Order

    Products with different processing times are shipped separately based on when they are ready to go. If something is missing from your package, make sure all items in your order were shipped at the same time.

    If you find that an item was inadvertently left out of your package, please accept our apologies. So that we can remedy the situation, please send us the email, or call us at (+852) 2276 6800.

    Need a Receipt?

    After clicking the "PayNow!" button on the final page of checkout, you will automatically receive an email summarizing your order. You may print out that mail as a receipt. The receipt is value only after you have made payment in PayPal.

    Ordering over the phone

    If you are placing your order over the phone and don't have access to a computer, ask the customer service representative who is helping you for a receipt. We can either fax it or mail it to you.

    If you've already placed the order, and didn't get a receipt, send us an email at sales@GoGetBuy.com. Include your name, order number, phone number, and fax number or address.

    You can check the shipping cost after you sign up the account in gogetbuy. The shipping amount for your Ship To location will be shown based on your shipping address in your account.

    Make sure it is not Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. We do not offer weekend delivery.

    Make sure the billing and shipping information you gave us exactly matches that on file with your credit card company. In some cases, even if there is a slight discrepancy between ZIP codes, your order may be delayed.

    Make sure your shipping address is on file with your credit card company. If it is not, call them and ask them to add it to your account information.

    By paying with a Credit Card, you authorize GoGetBuy.com to charge your credit card for the total amount of your order including shipping and any applicable sales tax. Your credit card will be charged when your order is processed. All orders are payable on demand in US dollars.

    For TT-Transfer:

    Payment must be submitted through the PayPal ordering system through the GoGetBuy.com ordering process in order for the shipment to be released.

    Your shipping address must match the confirmed PayPal address, including all punctuation and abbreviations.

    Processing Step:

    Bank Transfer (T/T) Method

    Step 1

    In order to collect your information and order details, you must sign up a customer account when you checkout. Then, you must continue checkout with PayPal Payment first.

    Step 2

    Please confirm the invoice and click "Pay Now!" . A confirmed invoice will email to you.  Although the page will redirect you  to the PayPal Payment System, you don't have to fill any information there. You can close your browser there.

    Step 3

    Check the order confirmation invoice from your email account. Make sure it is correct. Now, you can make Bank Transfer payment to us. To get our  Bank information, please click here

    Step4

    Email us for notification of the Bank transfer settlement. Please quote your invoice no. and purchasing detail. Our customer service manager will contact you by email. 

    Step5

    As soon as you have settled the Bank transfer (T/T) payment and notified us, we'll delivery the product to you. To learn more, please visit our Order & Shipping policy

    Wire transfers are released for shipment upon the money has been hit our bank. Product availability may be affected by this delay. Price adjustments will not be honored for orders made through these payment methods.

    Please put your Invoice Number on your payment to ensure prompt and accurate application of payment.

    Order Delays & Prevention

    We try our best to ship your order as soon as possible; however, we would like you to be aware of the most common reasons for order delays so that they may be prevented:

    Billing information inconsistent with the credit card issuer records. In this case, telephone verification is required before the order can be shipped. This process may take anywhere from a few hours to a few days, depending on the cooperation we receive from the credit card issuer.

    Shipping address is different from your billing address, and it is not on file with your credit card issuer. If you are shipping and billing to different locations, GoGetBuy.com requests that you add the shipping address to your credit card issuer's records; this is for your own protection. Telephone verification with you is required before the order can be shipped, you will either receive an email notification or a call from us.

    High value orders placed without complete information as requested on the order form. Complete and valid contact information must be provided. Furthermore, for such high value orders, signed and dated purchase orders may be required by fax upon request.

    Incorrect/ invalid address provided in the order. The order cannot be shipped out to addresses not recognized by the shipping carriers. Correspondence will be made with you through email to obtain the correct information required to ship out the order.

    Items that require additional lead-times. Please be reminded that in stock items may ship separately from the items that required additional lead-times.

    Delays by shipping companies. Please be advised that shipping carriers' delivery methods and schedules are out of our control. However, we will be glad to place a trace with the shipping carrier if the package is overdue and suspected to be lost. Please email service@gogetbuy.com if this is needed.

    Delays during holiday seasons. Thanksgiving to Christmas is the busiest time of the year for all retail and shipping companies. Shipping companies often do not guaranty any shipment for the few weeks before Christmas; therefore, please make your gift arrangements early!

    Will everything ship together?

    If there are a few items in your order, some of which can be processed in 1 business day and others that require 2-3 business days or more, the items will be shipped out together to save your freight cost until they all are ready to dispatch.

    If you have placed 2 or more orders at the same time, the orders will be shipped separately. Unfortunately, we cannot combine orders to ship together.
