FAQ:

1) Why isn't my order going through?

If you are having difficulty placing an order, please read the following before contacting a Customer Service Representative. 

a) Is your Billing Address correct? 
Your cardholder name and billing address provided MUST match exactly with your credit card issuing bank's records. Please note: 

If you are uncertain, please verify with your credit card issuing bank before attempting to place your order again. 
If you have recently moved, please make the necessary changes with your credit card issuing bank. 
If you have recently changed the information with your credit card issuing bank, it may take a few days for the bank's system to be updated. 

b) Have you attempted to place the order More Than Twice? 
If you have attempted to place the order more than twice, and the billing and payment information you provided was incorrect in any way, then your order will not go through. If you need assistance, please feel free to contact a Customer Service Representative at (+852) 2276 6800

c) Is there a Daily Credit Limit on your Credit / Debit Card? 
In an effort to minimize online fraud, many credit card issuing banks have set a Daily Credit Limit for Internet Purchases on the issued credit or debit cards. Cardholders may not be aware of this limit. Please check with your credit card issuing bank to find out if there is a daily credit limit on your card for Internet purchases. 

If none of the above apply and you are still having difficulty placing your order, please call Customer Service at (+852) 2276 6800 assistance. 


2) When will my order arrive?

a) To figure out when your order should arrive, add processing time and travel time, being careful to exclude weekends and holidays.

Estimated Time of Arrival = Processing Time + Travel Time

Travel Time 

Travel Time is the amount of time your package will be in transit, and is measured in business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

2 Day Delivery (typically 2 business days, AK/HI 2-3 business days) 
Overnight Delivery (typically 1 business day) 


b) What if my order contains items with different processing times? 

If there are a few items in your order, some of which can be processed in 1 business day and others that require more time, the items will be shipped out separately according to when they are ready. This will not affect your shipping charges. 

c) Checking Order Status 

If you have already placed an order, you can check to see if it has shipped (and when), by going to the Customer Service Page and enter your order confirmation no.


3) Return Policy

Please note that GoGetBuy does not offer any technical support. Please direct technical questions to the manufacturer. 

All returns covered under our 11 months return period are subject to the following:

i) A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by GoGetBuy.com must accompany all returns. 

ii) RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 11 months from the date the product was shipped. After 11 months, all product returns must be handled directly by the manufacturer or warranty provider. 

iii) All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts. 

iv) GoGetBuy.com will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused. All products are caused by the physically damaged and are not eligible for replacement or refund.

v) GoGetBuy.com will not honor requests for exchanges under any circumstances.

vi) All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. 

All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases. 

Claim for missing accessories or product not as advertised must be reported within 15 days from the date item is shipped. 

All returns must also follow the return policy procedures. 

After receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number 

Write your RMA number legibly on the return label or outside of the packaging box.

Unauthorized Returns

Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned to us because the address was invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus applicable shipping and handling fees. 
Warranty Service 

For warranty service, please check the product page to find out who the warranty provider is for your particular product. In all cases, you must have a RMA number. If GoGetBuy is the warranty provider, you must obtain a RMA number from us. If a manufacturer or third party is responsible, you must obtain a RMA number from them. Please see the Manufacturer Warranty Section for full details.
